From Peoria City Hall:

One laneÂ of East Armstrong Avenue,Â between Missouri Avenue and Berkley Avenue, is currently closed for an emergency utility repair.Â Starting Thursday,Â this block of Armstrong will be closed to traffic in both directions to continue the repair.Â Weather pending, the closure is anticipated to last until Monday, June 30.
