NOTICE OF A REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE HEART OF ILLINOIS REGIONAL PORT DISTRICT, AN ILLINOIS
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, FULTON, PEORIA, MASON, MARSHALL, TAZEWELL,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Heart of Illinois Regional
Port District (TransPORT) will hold a regular business meeting on Thursday, February 26,
2009, at 2:30 P.M. in the Board Room of The Heartland Partnership, 100 SW Water Street,
